Executive Pensions
Following the changes to pension legislation post A-Day (April 2006) Executive Pensions are no longer on offer, however, a number of existing schemes remain in force. These schemes remain under previous rules which in many cases allows for Tax Free Cash amounts over 25% to be paid at retirement. For this reason we recommend that if you wish to review your executive pension, professional advice is sought.
