MortgageBox at Laithwaites is a trading style adopted following the integration of MortgageBox into the Laithwaite Financial Services offering.
MortgageBox was started by Carol McFadden in January 2003 with the aim of providing good quality, experience-rich mortgage advice to customers who would return again and again for mortgage services as their circumstances and needs changed over the years. This ethos proved popular, and customers not only returned for new advice as their requirements changed, but also introduced friends and family. MortgageBox grew steadily on reputation without the need for advertising. Following the regulation of mortgages by the Financial Services Authority the increased level of reporting dictated the need for a larger business structure – and this led to the company finding a new home within Laithwaite Financial Services Limited at the end of 2006.
MortgageBox at Laithwaites continues to provide quality mortgage advice tailored to individuals’ needs, circumstances and objectives and, now within the LFS structure, customers have access to a full range of financial services under one roof.
